Being Content vs Being Satisfied
Over the years I have heard many people speak of being content with your situation. This has often been in regards to times of feeling frustrated with not moving forward on certain passions and desires. I understand most times they mean well, but the context from which they speak does not fit the encouragement trying to be conveyed.

Hey, I’m Oscar Banks. I’m the pastor of Palm Lake Christian Church (DOC) in sunny Saint Petersburg, FL. I love spending most of my time hanging with my awesome kiddos and serving the community, outside of that I love traveling, exploring different eateries, watching movies, spending time on any beach, laughing with friends and family, reading, listening to audiobooks, podcasts, and learning new skills! I’m a pretty open book and through this site you will learn more about me while being inspired to learn more about yourself.
